This is an awesome brand with a commendable ethos. Their clothing is well designed and often has a traditional vibe without feeling outdated. I've had nothing but good experiences with their customer service. I own a coat and three sweaters from Peregrine, each bought at different times. That coat, especially, is five years old, gets worn almost daily during the fall and winter, and still looks just as good as when I first got it.

I stayed home three times waiting for my order. It never showed up. Peregrine was completely unhelpful. There’s no phone number to reach anyone, making it tough to talk to a real person. My emails and messages on social media got no response at all. If this is how they treat new customers, I can only imagine how they handle the rest. Stay away.

Just got a Peregrine jumper and I gotta say, it’s really well crafted. The quality is top-notch, and the design of this thick cable knit piece is among the finest out there. The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars is due to their lackluster customer service. Any retail business ought to take care of its customers to keep them coming back for more. Customer service is a big part of that, and if you’re not replying to emails, then there’s definitely room for improvement. I’m not saying I wouldn’t buy from Peregrine again since their Made in England gear is quite nice, but I might check out other options first, like Paul James Knitwear, which is pretty similar but offers better value. If anyone from Peregrine happens to see this, please start responding to your customers’ emails or you might end up losing them.

I try to support British brands whenever I can and have previously purchased items from Peregrine, which are always well-crafted, fashionable, and comfy to wear. My latest experience returning an item for the first time was just as fantastic as the quality of their clothing. I definitely suggest checking out Peregrine for top-notch British quality, style, and outstanding customer service.

I got myself a waffle cardigan. Unfortunately, there was a hole in the seam on the arm. My girlfriend took care of it by stitching it up. However, there's a larger hole further up on the seam. It seems like it wasn't stitched right in the first place. Their return policy is ridiculous, so I haven't even tried to exchange it. I was really excited to receive this for Christmas. I've only worn it a couple of times, and I'm feeling pretty upset and frustrated.

When my order showed up (just two days later), all my doubts disappeared... the knitted polo shirts are simply amazing. The fit, finish, and overall feel are outstanding and went beyond what I was expecting. I’ll definitely be back for more!
